Chuck is an active leader in the financial advisory industry. He writes on a variety of topics, and is an invited speaker at national conferences. Recent activities include speaking at the NAPFA National Convention in Chicago, on the subject of the Dodd-Frank financial legislation that is impacting consumers and financial firms.
He has been quoted in USA TODAY, Investment Advisor Magazine, NAPFA Advisor, Investment News, and with Kiplinger Magazine's Retirement Hot-line. Within the community, he is active in Newburyport public education. Favorite pastimes include kayaking, and running.
Chuck's early career experiences were in engineering and management positions in high tech. Following that he was a partner in a small engineering business and served as the CFO, which then led to his interest in financial planning.

Bob has been a leader in the financial planning community for many years. He began by building a successful solo practice, serving many people in the medical professions.
Bob began his career in financial services in the insurance industry, where he was responsible for educating insurance agents about estate planning and the intricacies of insurance policies. He also served as a contracts advisor, conducting nationwide training. His career in financial planning evolved as he earned a Masters degree in Financial Planning, and worked for a Boston-based advisory firm.
During the course of his career, he has been quoted in national publications including Money Magazine, and Investment News, as well as local newspapers and the Boston Globe. He has co-authored instructional materials, and is teaching a series of courses on insurance to NAPFA financial planners. Bob conducts financial planning and investment seminars at various locations in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Thomas G. Dwyer, EA, CFP®
Tom's core strength is in tax planning, and its overall impact on financial planning. He earned the Enrolled Agent designation with the IRS, which then led to the beginning of his business in 1998 as a fee-only advisor. Tom has in-depth knowledge of tax planning for clients entering retirement, with RMD (required minimum distributions) and beneficiary designations as they impact estate planning. Additionally, he has expertise in portfolio tax strategies, along with the sales of stock options. In 2003 he merged his fee-only financial planning firm with Bob's, creating Resolute Financial, LLC.
Prior to becoming a fee only financial planner, Tom worked in management positions within bank operations, mutual funds, and information systems.

George's financial career began in 1993 as a commissioned insurance sales representative. In 1994, he affiliated with a registered investment adviser as a fee-based financial planner, serving clients in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. In 1997, after earning the CFP® designation, George left the commissioned sales world behind and established a Fee-only financial planning firm in Chelmsford. In 2011, he merged his fee-only practice with Resolute.
George has extensive experience in helping clients make a smooth transition from the working world to life in retirement. As retirement progresses from the Go-Go years of early retirement to the Slow-Slow later years, George enjoys helping clients achieve the retirement they planned, with flexibility to handle the curves that life can toss your way.
A grandparent several times over, he is constantly amazed at how his world view has evolved as his grandchildren have grown, and the ability of grandparents to positively influence the future. While this is about you, it's okay to bring family pictures with you!
