It doesn't take much time to start the financial planning process. You will know what to expect after having our complimentary Get Acquainted meeting. Then, simply pull together some of your financial documents and bring them in along with our Letter Agreement, and we'll get the ball rolling.
Tell us about yourself
We'll arrange two meetings approximately two weeks apart, where we prepare the main parts of your plan. We'll answer your questions and discuss our recommendations for improving your current situation. We'll have additional meetings if required for your specific needs, as well as an annual review meeting. We'll also help you implement our planning recommendations. After all, what good is a plan that sits on a shelf?
Your own customized investment strategy
An important part of financial planning is building a custom investment strategy to suit your needs. After reviewing your goals, we'll recommend a professionally managed portfolio of investments, created specifically for you.
We'll help you adhere to your strategy, even when markets turn. We'll rebalance your portfolio as needed, while focusing on the agreed allocations. You'll receive quarterly reports from us that show the performance of your investments, as well as monthly reports from your account custodian (Fidelity or TD Ameritrade).
We keep you informed and answer your questions
Our clients receive on-going, responsive service. Yes, we answer the phone and reply to emails as our top priority! We also can send you communications via your own secure Client Web Portal.
In addition, you'll receive quarterly newsletters and portfolio commentary letters with your portfolio performance reports.
If you have questions about your investment accounts, we'll answer them. We won't give you an 800 number and direct you to an overseas call center!
